Kristian graduated with an MSc in chemistry from the University of Zagreb. He works as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Split, focusing on the synthesis and characterization of metal oxide nanoparticles with potential applications in biomedical systems, and prospective use in environmental technologies. He is currently a PhD student and guest researcher at Chalmers, where he collaborates closely with Jerry in the Sysbio group, benefiting from his guidance while exploring nanoparticle-based technologies. He is particularly interested in translating fundamental materials chemistry into practical and interdisciplinary solutions.
